This package includes a presentation level rendered floor plan, key dimensions for furniture placement, and professional advice to get your home ready to handle life.
Finish Palettes & Selections
The right finishes and finish palette can be the difference between loving a room’s vibe and feeling a little blah when you step inside. This package will help you do everything from deciding what kind of finishes you’re interested in, to selecting specific options, to coming up with a project-wide finish palette that you can implement throughout your home. This will include an overall design concept and mood board, rendered elevations as needed, and finish samples for specific selections as well as professional advice about what kind of finishes will work best with your specific needs and locations.
Furniture & Accessory Selections
Let’s take care in the element of your home you interact with the most, the furniture and accessories. Not only do they give you a place to rest after a long day but they help shape how the room looks. This package will provide recommendations for furniture styles and sizes to accommodate your end goal, specific selections of furniture to match a design aesthetic, and selections of accessories to help match the decor of your home. This package will include an overall design concept and mood board, a shopping list of furniture selections and a budget overview.
